Wellbeing

At ROC, we want to foster a safe and welcoming environment for all members. If you encounter anything or anyone that makes you or someone else feel unsafe or uncomfortable, we always appreciate people speaking up, no matter how big or small the concern.

Our wellbeing form is the best way to let us know about things like:

  • any incidents/issues on trips
  • anything that made you or others feel unsafe or uncomfortable
  • any general concerns you believe may require further investigation
  • anything you’d just like us to know about, in case it becomes a problem in the future or other people have had similar experiences

The form is optionally anonymous, and submissions are sent to the current well-being officer and president. You are also always welcome to reach out directly to the wellbeing officer, to any other member of the exec team or committee, or to RMIT itself.

Leaving your name and email allows us to follow up with you if necessary, but note that your details will otherwise be kept strictly confidential. A question later in the form will ask whether you wish to remain anonymous to other parties (outside of the well-being officer and president).
