• Information provided will be used for trip or activity planning, safety purposes, gear hire and emergencies.
• Personal information will only be disclosed to committee members and trip leaders as necessary.
• Failure to provide all or part of the information will limit which activities and trips members can take part in. (CPDP Collection statements/notices)
